Consciousness is not two.
The same consciousness that shines within us, is the same consciousness that shines in all living beings, everywhere. There is only one consciousness.
Consciousness precedes all thoughts, sensations, and perceptions. Consciousness always is. Everything that comes and goes, appears in, to, and through consciousness.
All ideas, thoughts, identities, and beliefs appear in consciousness, and they are being witnessed by this universal consciousness. So, we know that there is one, and only one, witness to everything.
We may call this all-seeing witness names such as God or Atman, but even this name or concept appears in consciousness. We do not have to create any concepts about this. We already are this consciousness, right now, whether we acknowledge it or not.
We may think that "I have my point of view", she has "her point of view" and even more, there are "these and those points of view". But, all these are only witnessed by consciousness, the one and only consciousness.
So, when we imagine something from "our own" point of view, this personal point of view is yet another concept appearing in consciousness, and it is being witnessed by the one and only consciousness. Consciousness is seeing the "personal point of view-concept" or belief arising within itself.
The point of view of consciousness is not different from our own point of view, our real point of view. We are consciousness. Consciousness without borders, identities, and limitations. All of these borders, identities, and limitations appear to us, in us. We are the Whole which contains all of these.
When we believe that we are seeing life through the eyes of a person, a Christian, an Asian child, a banker, or whatever, we are merely seeing life through "limited lenses" that appear within ourselves as consciousness.
The very point of view we have right now, is the point of view of consciousness. It is not a point, which can be located in time and space, or on Google Maps. It is a pointless point, beyond time and space. It has no location, no agenda, it is not moving, yet it contains all movements and locations and agendas.
When we, as consciousness, see and acknowledge this consciousness in "others", then there are no "others".
There is infinity looking into infinity.

Acknowledging
The "person" that appears to be reading this article, is another perception that is appearing in and to consciousness.The very point of view we have right now, is the point of view of consciousness. When we, as consciousness, see and acknowledge this consciousness in "others", then there are no "others".
